- Work in a marketing team of six based in Central London.

This Marketing Manager opportunity is working for an independently owned provider of global business information and intelligence. The company is headquartered in London and has five other offices across the globe, with a total of over 500 staff and they are growing. Their products range from high value, all encompassing information sources about industries, countries and consumers to one off reports. Marketing has good buy in from senior management and is well respected internally, being fundamental in helping the business grow. The marketing team is six strong and has a fairly flat structure. They are based in Central London.

The key purpose of this Marketing Manager opportunity within B2B publishing/business information is to develop and implement strategic marketing plans to help drive sales, generate leads and gain as wide an exposure as possible for your product portfolio. Although you are working in a close team, this is a very autonomous role with responsibility for budgets and revenue generation. You'll use a variety of marketing channels to target existing customers and new prospects and be expected to develop new and innovative routes to market. This is a role that will mix both the creative and analytical sides of marketing.

You will be a marketing professional with experience in the B2B publishing or information areas. With an understanding of how clients will react to certain types of marketing, you'll come armed with a track record of delivering results from tactical marketing activity. You'll be able to work as part of a small team where the structure is fairly flat and be confident working with stakeholders at all levels. You'll also have the confidence to develop partnerships with associations and trade memberships across all sector areas. You may be at Senior Marketing Executive level and looking for more responsibility or working at a larger company where there isn't enough autonomy.
