Project Manager (New Media / eMarketing) Central London £40K

Client: Syzygy
Position: Project Manager
Location: Office is located in Hatton Garden, in the heart of Midtown between Holborn and Clerkenwell
Salary: £30-40K Basic

COMPANY:
Syzygy is a top five European interactive agency based in London (90 employees), Hamburg (45 employees) and Frankfurt (110 employees). They have been designing and building sites for blue-chip clients for over 12 years. They know this marketplace as well as any agency you may be interested in working for, if not better.

ROLE:
You'll manage the full life cycle development of the build of premium websites, intranets, digital media projects and eMarketing campaigns for some of Europe's leading companies. Your primary focus is delivering high quality projects on time and to budget, and ensuring effective project completion.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
a) Project planning, including scope, budget, quality, roles and responsibilities, and project plan definition.
b) Status reporting against MS project plan.
c) Risk, issue and change management.
d) Commercial and contractual management, including tracking project cost vs budget.
e) Resource management of multi-disciplinary teams, including briefing and delivery management.
f) Day-to-day client management.
g) QA and client acceptance.
h) Running projects using the Syzygy Delivery Process, and feeding lessons learned back into the SDP.
i) Writing a weekly risk, issue and status report for the Group Account Director.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
a) Proven skills and experience in all aspects of project management within an internet agency environment.
b) Experience of managing multiple projects across multi-disciplinary teams.

DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
a) Prince2 practitioner accredited.
b) Experience of eMarketing campaign management.
c) Experience of maintenance or retainer based projects.
d) Experience of pan-European projects, especially in Germany.
e) Line Management experience.
