This is a fantastic opportunity for an Account Executive to join an Independent integrated creative agency that specialise in brand, advertising, digital and design.

You'll be responsible for providing first rate support to Client Directors whilst also getting your hands on some exciting smaller projects. You need to be highly organised, have excellent attention to detail and have a proactive approach to your work.

As Account Executive it would be your aim to understand the client's goals, organise the agency's creative and administrative staff to produce effective Digital campaigns. Your tasks would include:

*Assisting Client Director with monitoring the financial side of projects including income forecasting, billing and outside costs
* Attending client meetings when required and taking accurate minutes for internal and external publication
* Taking messages from clients and responding where appropriate, liaising with Senior Designers and Client Directors and others involved on the job
* Responsible for drawing up, updating and circulating project status report to internal and external team
* Responsible for managing the efficiency of both information storage and collation
* Managing diaries, arranging and setting up client meetings ensuring everyone is in the right place at the right time with the right equipment etc.
* Liaising with other departments when and if they are involved with team projects
* General administration - providing support in preparation of documents/weekly schedule/ notes/workshops/time plans/budget updates
* Research - Investigating/sourcing materials and information requested for progress of specific projects

*Good writing skills
*Sound knowledge and understanding of Digital Marketing
*Ability to work on own initiative but also as part of a team
*Be ambitious and have the ability to stay focused under pressure
