Conference Marketing Manager-Leading International Media Events Co-London

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 + Superb Benefits and Prospects
Our client a Leading International Conference & Events Company based in London is looking to recruit a dynamic and pro-active Marketing Manager to put together the overall Marketing Strategy for each event.

As a Marketing Manager you will need to possess a minimum of 2 year marketing experience at managerial level. You must also have strong B2B events experience along with an excellent ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines.

The role will involve the following responsibilities:

Key responsibilities
Develop marketing strategy in conjunction with the marketing director and event director across a number of events
Develop marketing communications campaign for company events
Oversee the organisation of promotional activities, ensuring they are carried out efficiently and within agreed budgets
Coordinate all marketing plans and activities with other staff to ensure that the plans are delivered effectively
Manage and monitor fulfilment of campaigns.
Manage, monitor, maintain and regularly review relationships with key suppliers to ensure highest levels of service are continuously delivered
Develop and maintain systems and processes which enable the team to carry out and report on its activities efficiently and effectively
Provide Marketing Management with on-going and post campaign effectiveness reports and recommend on-going improvements
Remain up-to-date with latest communications tools and continuously assess their deployment to improve marketing effectiveness
Promote a culture of testing and change to continuously drive improvement
Manage and monitor budgets, provide accurate forecasts and feed into the budget setting process

Skills
A proven track record of creating successful customer facing campaigns
Proven use and understanding of complex databases and segmentation techniques
Proven understanding of tracking and response reporting
Excellent project management, planning and organisational skills
Excellent financial management skills
