SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER DESIGN AGENCY

Award winning communications design agency is looking for an Account Director to build relationships with existing clients and provide strategic brand direction…

The Company
-Award winning design agency
-Based in Central London
-Clients in professional services, pharmaceutical, councils, property and FMCG
-Provide print, ID, new media, editorial and environmental design
-Looking to expand internationally
-Independent

The Role:
-Responsible for the management of Client
-Ensure all projects run smoothly budget, profit, client satisfaction
-Help the teams develop creative strategic solutions for their clients
-Act as mentor and inspiration for your team and account managers
-Assist the new business director with preparation of proposals
-Hold weekly and monthly client services meetings
-Set up, develop and run a post-project review scheme
-Work with the team on developing new business
-Work with marketing dept on PR initiatives
-Prepare quotes, schedules, written proposals for projects
-Grow and develop client relationships

The Candidate:
-Design agency background especially in print and identity
-Previous experience of managing a team
-Previous experience of developing new and existing clients
-Able to develop strategic brand insights
-Excellent presenter and gravitas to deal with senior clients
