Online Marketing Executive for (web address removed)

2012 is a defining year in the history of QS and delivering a genuinely excellent online experience through (web address removed) - one of the leading undergraduate sites. 2012 will see the relaunch and as part of this we are looking for an enthusiastic online marketer to join our team and help in the delivery and growth of this site.

There are massive opportunities for career progression and we are seeking someone who is willing to learn and able to operate in a pressured, but ultimately fun and exciting environment.

This role will evolve as more users interact with the site, but a key focus is on working and evaluating processes to ensure that activities are efficient and well executed.
More important than experience is the sheer desire to learn and an analytical, logical approach to problem solving.

Key responsibilities
Day to day content management of (web address removed)
Delivery of email marketing campaigns (newsletters and general announcements)
Day to day interaction with social media platforms, including Facebook and Twitter
Monitoring and moderation of comments
User support and some customer service requirements
Management of A/B and multivariate testing
Assistance with marketing reports
Assistance with the development of online marketing processes
Assistance with PPC implementation through Adwords and Facebook
Skills, experience and personality
Basic HTML and CSS knowledge with a keen desire to improve skills
Understanding and some experience with HTML email delivery
Experience using Google Analytics (Omniture or CoreMetrics a bonus)
Experience of using a content management system
Fluency in English
Attention to detail
Analytical and methodical approach to delivery
Comfortable with Excel and a keenness to monitor campaigns and report
