Product Manager, Marketing Product Manager, Coventry – £20,000 - £24,000 pa + 1k bonus + £5,700 car allowance. My Client is a large and successful Software Solutions Provider who is looking to recruit a Product Manager to join their growing Marketing team. Main Outline of the Role:
• Develop a cohesive value proposition for allocated area, focusing on clear customer benefits.
• Management of the product range, from launch to exit and throughout the life cycle of all models in allocated area.
• Develop marketing programs to achieve company objectives including sales, unit, Market Share.
• Training the sales force to be able to sell and demonstrate proposition and products, and driving the cultural change necessary to become recognised as an IT solutions Company
• Manage the product launch process and support for the Dealer and Direct sales teams
• Providing all the sales support tools required to enable the sales people to present and promote the products in the right way.
• Maintain Company specific product knowledge and act as Product champion within the organization
• Maintain up to date analysis of the competitions product portfolios (strategy, RTM, price, product, features, etc) and take the necessary action to compete successfully.
• Execution of allocated Vertical markets
• Work with Marcoms and Channel Marketing to develop Marcoms campaigns, PR, advertising and promotions as necessary.
• Works on a team basis; agreeing plans across various channels and functions and ensures responsibilities are assigned, timetables and actions agreed and implemented for success.
The successful candidate will be of graduate calibre and/or significant marketing experience, ideally holding the CIM qualification. Experience of advertising, public relations, and managing corporate events at both a local level and on a European basis would be an advantage.
