£36,000 Plus 16% Bonus, 25 Days' Holiday, Pension, Private Healthcare, Life Assurance, Income Replacement

As the world leader in marketing holiday rental properties, our client's website represents over 306,000 holiday rental homes, villas, guesthouses, cottages, and apartments in over 100 countries. An opportunity has now arisen for an Online Marketing Manager with knowledge of the Spanish travel or real estate market and fluency in Spanish to join their team.

To succeed as the Online Marketing Manager you will have previous experience in online marketing with a focus on SEO and SEM, and knowledge of the Spanish travel market (alternatively real estate or classified market). You must also be fluent in Spanish and educated to degree level (or equivalent).

As an Online Marketing Manager you will be responsible for online marketing, sales and customer support duties in order to develop one or more markets. Your role will encompass managing and driving growth by implementing online marketing and PR initiatives, and managing the team and 3rd party suppliers.

Your duties will include:

- managing online activities to support traffic and revenue growths
- implementing SEO and marketing/sales initiatives
- managing local websites within your area of responsibility
- providing quantitative and qualitative reporting on results

You will also provide support to customers, manage your own team to ensure commercial performance, and build relationships with freelance resources located in the UK and abroad.

Additionally, for this role you will need to be a team player with a positive attitude and strong commercial focus. Equally as important will be your flexible approach, excellent communication skills and proficiency using MS Office.
