My client is one of the World's leading radio communications specialists, providing cutting edge communications products and services to organisations around the globe. 

As part of its ambitious expansion plans, my client is expanding its marketing team based in Derby, UK, and is looking to recruit a Product Manager.

Job Description

You will achieve Product Targets on designated product areas and will lead the process of defining, agreeing and implementing product strategy. You will conduct product Marketing Research to identify product opportunity and manage and develop the product mix to maximise growth and market opportunity.

For all new products, define and control and communicate:

• User requirements
• Product positioning
• Product specification
• Pricing
• Target markets, vertical and geographical
• Product release information
• Product lifecycle management
• Deliver effective product  marketing messages
• Manage business cases through product lifecycle to maximise return on investment
• Manage internal and external relationships required to deliver the business plan

Who we're looking for:

Candidates will need to demonstrate a strategic, planned and organised approach to product management.  The ability to collaborate cross functionally, both in the development and the delivery of product plans will be crucial to the role.
