The agency is looking for someone who is very hands on and capable of managing and developing pro-active client relationships. They have an interesting portfolio of clients, including ethical and OTC brands.
They build up long term and trusting relationships with their clients who get them involved with all aspects of their work so you would be able to develop the accounts from strategic planning to delivery of programme materials.
In addition to your client relationship responsibilities you'll also have financial and business development responsibilities to further broaden your role.
You must be able to proactively manage the workload, goals and ambitions of your team keeping them focused and motivated whilst ensuring you have a clear talent and training plan in place.
An full understanding of the ABPI code of practice and knowledge of life sciences are essential as is the importance of being able to see a big idea and be able to see what makes a good piece of communication.
You will have experience of working in either a healthcare advertising agency or a medical communications agency and fully understand the strategic, creative and production stages of a job.
