Job Description

Our client, an established brand within the healthcare market, is currently going through a period of re-structure and is looking for a Marketing Executive to join their expanding marketing function. Reporting into the Sales and Marketing Manager the successful candidate will be experienced in events and exhibitions they will provide marketing support in the marketing plans created by the Regional Sales Executive for the priority homes within the regions.

The main responsibilities of the role will be:

• Organising venues and key speakers
• Logistical element such as seating, projectors, screens, banners, stands, promotional bags and information on display.
• Liaise with all key stakeholders on all aspects of the event - Managing the list of invites, including key stakeholders, ensuring a process is in place
• Marketing the event, including organising PR
• Behind the scene management at the event
• Measuring the success of the event through feedback and communicating to key stakeholders the results.
• To analyse and report back results of regional and local marketing initiatives

The ideal candidate will have experience with working in a marketing environment, excellent communication, excellent planning and organisation and be a good team player and appreciate the relationship between sales and marketing. Adhering to the company's main cores and values the role will require an individual with an events and promotional background. The successful candidate will engage and recruit members in defined target groups, at Conferences, Exhibitions, Key Events and lectures. The successful individual must have a clean driver's license as travel is neccessary for the role.
