Our client is one of the UK's premier custom e-learning development houses, bringing together over 20 years of experience in design and development for a worldwide set of blue chip customers.
The E-learning Instructional Designer will work on scripting processes of e-learning content for a variety of projects. You will be designing and producing online learning content across academic and commercial learning programmes.
Analyse the educational needs and learning outcomes of a programme and work with the subject specialists to design course materials and assessments that are aligned with the those learning outcomes.
Design and develop online learning resources.
Apply instructional design theories and practice.
Develop innovative ideas for e-learning resources.
Design and develop learning interventions in a structured and well written format.
Develop processes and instructional design strategies.
Assist in the validation of learning programmes.
Our client seeks
Excellent written English skills.
An interest and understanding of instructional design, preferably in the design of materials for adult learners.
Experience in the creation of e-learning resources using a range of software programmes.
Knowledge of training theories, methodologies and techniques, particularly in relation to the use of technology in education.
Project management skills.
Knowledge of virtual learning environments.
Experience of developing content for blended learning programmes.
Our client will provide full training and development in this role.
