Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join our expanding German Team!

Hexpress Ltd, founded in 2002, is a fast growing online company with more than 150 employees. We specialise in marketing and online healthcare. Our head office is based in East Croydon (ten minutes walk from the station) with easy access to Central London with supporting offices located in Australia, Italy, France and India. We pride ourselves in being a young, vibrant and dynamic organisation which offers excellent career opportunities as well as a stimulating and fun work environment.

We are currently looking to expand our existing German marketing team and to provide an excellent opportunity to the right candidate for a position in our online marketing department.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual who has a passion for online marketing and who is full of innovative ideas, and looking to develop his/her online marketing career. You will be working alongside our marketing experts in all areas of online marketing (SEO, PPC, Affiliate, Email marketing and conversion optimisation).

You will support the Online Marketing Team in the following key areas:

- SEO: increase the rankings on Google. Its a very competitive landscape and will be a key area of this role
- PPC: Maximise profits and conversions from the current PPC campaigns
- Affiliate Marketing: Generate new sign ups to our affiliate campaign, manage the current base of affiliates and help improve affiliates overall performance
- Email Marketing: Improve the performance of our current email campaigns
- Conversion Optimisation: Maximise the number of conversions generated through our websites
- Web content: Write, update and submit web content within our brand guidelines.

To be considered for this role, you must have the following skills/experience:

- A keen interest in SEO, experience is a bonus
- Enthusiastic and passionate about Online Marketing - Fluent in German
- Creative and able to implement ideas
- Well organized and able to multi-task
- Driven by results
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently as well as within a team
