A role for an Account Director based in Bristol to join a busy agency at an exciting time in its development, managing and developing accounts and mentoring junior members of the team.

You will be responsible for working with clients at a strategic level, understanding their businesses and delivering relevant campaigns across varied media, working closely with studio, creative and strategic teams.

The company's clients often work in technical and international markets so you should be comfortable communicating to business audiences and working with technical information to establish clear and relevant messages.

You should have a highly commercial focus, both in making sure agency work is delivered profitably and invoiced on time, and also searching out opportunities for additional work from your clients, demonstrating value and how you can contribute to the success of their marketing activity.

You will be joining a well established but relatively small and focused agency, a company that knows its strengths and develops great long-lasting relationships with impressive clients.

You should have some experience agency-side, whether at Account Director or Senior Account Manager level, and love the buzz of a fast-paced hard-working professional agency.
