Roles like this are quite rare - this one is working directly to MD and COO and spans managing the Human Resources processes for both a leading large marketing services agency and its parent company. It requires an experienced HR professional who wants to make their mark within this successful agency group.
The group is a young PLC; ambitious and focussed - and offers an ideal path for someone with similar ambitions to develop their career.
Full knowledge of HR processes and procedures is essential - you will be the one setting the processes in place, guiding and leading the senior management team in the black, white and grey HR areas. . you will be hands on in many of the execution of these processes and have ideas on how to improve and move forward - keeping the agency and group up to date with new laws and HR obligations - The culture is fast paced and dynamic but as a PLC there is also a corporate side – so you will like the challenge of both. Experience and knowledge of marketing services sector is a plus but not essential.. you will also have an assistant to manage day to day, there will be UK travel as you consult and implement HR strategies and processes across some of the agencies within the group.. nice role for the right person :-)
