PR Account Manager - up to £30k pa - Central London

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join this dynamic PR integrated agency in Central London. The agency if fully integrated and covers PR, digital marketing, events, design, brand development and lots more.

Through business growth they are now looking for a PR Account Manager.

A BACKGROUND IN PROPERTY OR FINANCE OR COMMERCIAL EXPERIENCE IS A MUST.

The main purpose of the role is the effective implementation of agreed PR strategies and work programmes at the same time as proactively looking for additional opportunities to meet the clients’ PR objectives.

Main tasks and responsibilities
• Maintaining familiarity and effective contact with target media
• Researching, preparing and distributing publicity materials, including press releases and case studies
• Identifying and exploiting publicity opportunities
• Creatively generating publicity ideas with colleagues
• Sourcing and commissioning photography and other images
• Copywriting
• Where necessary, avoiding and limiting negative publicity
• Meeting the client’s objectives will also involve an account manager in a wider range of public relations activities, such as:
• Organisation of small events
• Speech writing
• Internal communications
• Community consultation

The account manager will work with other teams on a wider range of activity.
