Specialist pharmaceutical global Market Research agency is looking to appoint an Account Director; operating within the RX market and OTC / Consumer healthcare. This specialist agency sits within a medium sized International brand and communications research consultancy based in fabulous central London offices.
About the Role
Providing innovative and creative branding research solutions to the business objectives of high profile healthcare clients has led this agency to grow from strength to strength. As an Account Director you report directly into the Research Director and MD - supported by Account Managers and Senior Account Execs your key responsibilities include;
Operational Management - manage full ad-hoc projects (from proposal writing, analysis to client presentation). Projects may include;
Drafting original and winning proposals and costings for qualitative UK and international studies
Moderating groups and other sessions highly effectively
Analyzing, organizing and drafting insightful presentations
Presenting in an engaging and impressive way
Good contribution to projects with original thinking and insight
To lead, train and motivate the team of market researchers on a day to day basis
Client Management - be the key client contact and ensure a high level of services. Running briefings and lead presentations is a regular part of this position. Always demonstrate a strong understanding of your client's business, brand and communications issues beyond research. Promote the unique services of the business to your client's internationally.
Strategic Management of the business - to be actively involved in the development of the organisation, the business and the resources. To also play an active part in NPD, service and methodology development.
What We're Looking For
Creative and collaborative research professionals who have experience working in a pharmaceutical market research agency.
An expert in ad-hoc qualitative and/or quantitative research
People management skills essential
