MANAGING RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT – Marketing
Manchester or Leeds
£20-25k + Excellent Commission

Logical Resources are a well established national recruitment company, recruiting across all disciplines and industry sectors from 5 UK offices. Due to growth within the company (offices due to open in Australia and further expansion in the UK) we now require an experienced recruitment consultant to add to the marketing recruitment team based in Manchester.
We are a dynamic recruitment business led by a team of experienced business consultants looking to provide a fresh approach to recruitment services. Logical is a business with strong ethics, working with integrity and an emphasis on building relationships.
Logical Resources are looking for either a Senior Consultant or a Managing consultant to grow and manage the marketing recruitment team. Based in the Manchester or Leeds office you will work with established clients across multiple sectors. You will develop growth strategy, growing your team when necessary and delivering strong client service.
We believe in empowering our employees and run a professional operation and require mature commercially minded individuals to service our clients. We have an excellent reputation within the recruitment industry, recruiting for many blue chips and PLC’s as well as local SME’s. Within the marketing industry we have developed a respected name, servicing marketing agencies throughout the UK as well as marketing teams within corporate businesses.
To apply you will need recruitment experience from new business to client delivery and candidate sourcing. Ideally you will already have recruited into the marketing sector and be looking to develop you career with management responsibility. You will be joining a warm desk and a friendly, outgoing team. You will be given support and training where necessary, although you will be managing you’re own diary and clients. The only targets you will be given are financially based. We want ambitious consultants who are capable of managing their own time.
