Job Title:Interim Tenders and Proposals Executive

Location: Warrington, Cheshire

Salary: £20,000pa - £25,000pa

Duration: 12 months

The role:

A full time interim position for up to 12 months covering maternity leave with has become available for an Interim Tenders and Proposals Executive.

The successful candidate's duties will include:

• Preparation and maintenance of all company presentations
• Prepare and maintain benchmarking information
• Maintenance of company organisation charts
• Preparation of timely and accurate responses to RFI , RFX and formal requests for proposal for both Contract and Permanent
• Maintenance of Master Bid Documentation and Templates including version control
• Maintenance of Controlled Company Standard Information
• Archiving of bids and proposals
• Provide support for all other areas that require a response formulating to a client or potential client

The successful candidate's  skills/attributes will include:

• Degree/Formal Qualification in Marketing/Business Management
• Knowledge and experience of tender preparation

High competence in use of MS Office suite and the capacity to learn new packages and tools
