Marketing Manager
Salary to £50,000 pa + flexible benefits and very generous holiday allowance.
Based: Henley
Our client is an independent, fast growing and progressive management consultancy who work with global blue-chip organisations, they believe in placing people firmly at the centre of corporate change by linking a psychological approach to a deep understanding of their clients' business, with a respected team of industry leading consultants, project managers and developers and a commitment to long-term partnerships.
This hands-on role is key to increasing the Company's market share and achieving their ambitious business targets. You will report directly to the Head of Sales and Marketing and will have sole responsibility for the design, delivery and ongoing measurement of the marketing strategy. This includes brand management, campaigns and events, market analysis, marketing collateral and managing PR and marketing supplier relationships. You will work closely with sales and product development teams.
The ideal candidate will have a strong and broad marketing background preferably within an organisation which has undergone rapid growth.
Have proven success in a transferable industry such as professional services, preferably in the consultancy sector ( HR consultancy being the ideal)
A formal marketing qualification
An autonomous self starter with the tenacity to succeed.
