Job Description

Leadspring is looking for a skilled, dynamic and driven sales professional to join our exciting start-up business. The successful applicant will be tasked with sourcing new business and maintaining strong strategic relationships with existing clients.

With previous experience within a similar sales role, key responsibilities will be to:

  • Identify, Pursue and introduce new businesses to Leadspring

  • Identify major growth sectors and drive the development of Leadsprings Marketshare in these areas.

  • Maintain strong strategic relationships with key influencers and decision makers within Leadspring

  • Be the lead point of contact for account issues and ensure that queries are closed out in a timely fashion and to the customer's satisfaction

  • Pursue independent lead research as well as follow of on leads that will be provided

  • Close business over the phone and face to face

  • Deliver customer service.

  • Meet targets both individually and in a team.

Required Skills:

  • Have previous sales experience

  • Have a good understanding of online marketing and be willing and eager to further this understanding within the role

  • Have an understanding of online advertising

  • Have a proven track record in continuous professional development

  • Have excellent communication skills

  • Have ability to negotiate.

  • Be a team player able to build effective relationships

  • Have the ability to influence at all levels of business

  • Be a resilient and self motivated individual
