Product Manager (Development)

Job Role

• As New Product Development Manager you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the NPD strategy, whilst contributing to the company’s overall marketing strategy.

• You will be involved in industry research, concept design, formulation, product positioning, packaging and launch communication to the luxury market.

• You will be required to evaluate the effectiveness of each product launch through the monitoring of sales figures to help inform future developments.

• You will also be responsible for managing the NPD Team, monitoring costs and constantly evaluating trends in the industry.

The Candidate

• Candidates must have a proven track record of managing an NPD Marketing Team within the skincare and/or health and beauty industry.

• Extensive experience of the NPD process is essential, along with strong project management skills in order to develop and bring to market new products within the ESPA range.

• Candidates must also be able to cope with a wide variety of demands within a rapidly expanding international company.
