ELECTRONIC MEDIA MANAGER / NEW MEDIA DESIGNER - UP TO £38k pa depending on experience -GREAT CAREER PROGRESSION - Chertsey, Surrey

A fantastic opportunity to join a truly dynamic integrated IT agency, looking for an Electronic Media Manager/New Media Designer to join their creative team.

Their typical clients are blue-chip organisations like: Adobe, Amdocs, Alcatel, SDL, McAfee, Oracle, Toshiba, Fuji Xerox, Cognizant to name only a few.

A full service, results driven agency, creating truly integrated campaigns to include: brand strategy and identity management, direct mail, electronic communications: websites, microsites, e-mail/viral marketing, event marketing and management, channel communication, BTL targeted advertising, brochures, event guides, white papers and wide-ranging sales support material, display, exhibition stand panels and posters, 1-2-1 high impact DM, media planning, telemarketing and database design and management.

The Job Profile
The successful applicant will be responsible for creating concepts and design development of email, web, print and multimedia, using Studio 8 - Dreamweaver, Flash and Fireworks. You will also be able to create web pages and email coding utilising HTML for email, CSS and JS for web pages.

The applicant will also be instrumental and take responsibility in the growth of the business, and ample support will be given in order to achieve success.

Applicants will be competent in the use of online tools like Smart Messenger for email distribution, personalisation and reporting and skilled in the creation of registration sites, client reporting pages and automated email responders in ASP.

Other key duties include:
• access database development,
• creation of animated web banners in GIF and Flash,
• liaisons with external developers and resources,
• Photoshop image retouching and compositing,
• image optimisation for web,
• domain management and renewal for 6+ domains and of web hosting packages,
• set up of presentations, charts and flowcharts,
• production of mock-ups
• DTP to print-ready artwork using inDesign CS2, Quark 6.5 and Illustrator
• creation of templates for MS Word and Powerpoint.
