Senior Account Manager - £35-£40pa depending on experience - Dorking, Surrey
The Company

With blue-chip clients like Rolls Royce and the Prudential, they are an integrated agency, offering advertising, DM, brand strategy and identity management, outdoor, online communication: websites, microsites and eDM, as well as TV and video services.
The Job Profile
The focus of this interesting and stimulating role is the day-to-day management of some key client accounts.
You will be responsible and accountable for the effectiveness of these client relationships, the quality (and sometimes implementation) of the strategy, communication tools and formulation of ideas, as well as documenting your activity efficiently.
You will also be a part of a small team and able to contribute to the continuing growth and success of the business.
Key duties:
Day to day management: contact reports, presentations, status reports, creative brief writing and proposals
Ability to thoroughly understand clients brands, business arenas, cultures and marketplaces
Experience across a range of marketing disciplines including advertising, direct mail, outdoor, print, brochures and digital
Maintain accurate revenue performance and efficient client invoicing
Oversee and ensure the quality of client deliverables, e.g. on time, on brand, on strategy and to defined standards
Seek out opportunities for additional revenue streams within key accounts
Inspire confidence in clients and recognise their needs, business issues and strategies
Form part of the new business team - research & pitch preparation
The Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
Graduate with a minimum 4 years experience in an established agency environment
A people person both with clients and within the agency team
Excellent attention to detail
A self-starter with a can do attitude, able to pick up the ball and run with it
Flexible, proactive, passionate and driven
Ability to work under pressure and effectively manage internal resources to deliver to the client brief
Good organisation and administrative skills
Strategic thinker and ability to multi-task
Work well in a small team
Excellent communication and IT skills (minimum Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
Well presented and an effective presenter
Able to manage clients and their expectations effectively
