Due to continued success this leading independent full service agency are now looking to appoint an Account Executive who can grow and develop into the account team and secure Account Manager status in the near future. This is on a temp to perm basis but offers a great career opportunity.

Based in Marlborough and reporting to the Account Director you will join a client facing account team assisting in the planning, execution and delivery of projects to time and on budget. At the heart of what you do will be to work with the Account Manager to build and develop client relationships with a blue chip client to meet profit targets and to spot opportunities for development beyond the original briefings. You will also help the team to deliver client projects and assist the Directors in positioning the business as a leading experiential and creative agency; who are proud of the work they produce for their exciting client base.

The role will be on a temp to perm basis so to be considered you should offer some Marketing experience, preferably agency side, coupled with the enthusiasm and confidence to succeed in a demanding client focused environment. A degree or equivalent in a Marketing related subject would be preferable but not essential. What IS essential is the right personality; demonstrating a 'can-do' attitude and strong work ethic.
