We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant/Senior Consultant to further bolster our long-established and successful Birmingham Marketing & Communications recruitment team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the next stage of development of this team.
In this role you will focus on Temporary and Interim Marketing & Communications appointments across the Midlands region. You will be responsible for maintaining and improving our existing client service relationships, as well as growing the existing client base to increase our market share within this sector.
You will be an experienced temporary recruiter with the desire to succeed in a competitive business sector with a proven billing history and track record in business development.
People who are successful in the team are energetic, results driven, determined, and ultimately people focused. They possess excellent communication skills, business awareness, resilience, determination and the passion required to build a long and fruitful career at Hudson. They also have a good understanding of the importance of building long-term relationships providing a consultative approach in a commercial environment.
