My client a pre-eminent global background screening company is currently looking for an Account Manager to manage a portfolio of key clients and maintain a profitable, long term business relationship ensuring services provided meet and exceed client expectations.
Responsibilities:
Client
· Manage key client portfolio
· Ensure that clients receive the highest level of service
· Monitor service levels for clients
· Suggest new initiatives to enhance clients overall experience
· Present new products & services as and when appropriate
· Attend and participate in weekly client service and operational meetings
· Audit all clients' revenue and screening volumes, ensure existing levels are maintained and that growth is achieved.
Management
· Assist in collating and preparing management information reports as required
· Monitor overall progress of screens within your portfolio (SLA) in order to pre-empt any issues that may affect the quality or timeliness of the service
Experience / qualifications:
Essential
· A minimum of 24 months in a client facing role
· Previous account management experience
Preferred
· Experience of Human Resources functions
· A well organized self starter, with initiative and the ability to operate independent as well as part of a team
