Communications Assistant - Merseyside

Professional Services

We are looking to recruit an exceptional Communications Assistant to support the team in implementing the marketing plan. You will develop practical marketing skills by working closely with the rest of the team as well as supporting the Head of Communications with specific projects.

Responsibilities:
Project manage all events including devising initial action plan through to follow up and providing team with evaluation report
Ensure everything produced for events is timely, produced to highest standard and adheres to corporate standards
Ensure new content for the website and intranet is updated in a timely and accurate manner and that all content is consistent with site style and adheres to corporate standards
Contribute ideas for improving site and raise any difficulties so they can be addressed
Produce PowerPoint and printed material as required to support teams to a very high standard and adhering to corporate style
Produce client facing and team newsletters as appropriate to a high standard and adhering to the house style and standards
Ensure all newsletters are posted on the website/intranet as appropriate and provide feedback to the relevant practice area and BDMs on readership

The successful candidate will have experience of Marketing Communications in a corporate environment. Any exposure to professional services would
be beneficial although not essential.
