Job Description

My client is looking for a Communication Executive to work within their invigorating team. Excellent opportunity for the right candidate to gain and develop their communication skills.
Responsibilities:
· Assisting Managers with the production of all marketing collateral
· Liaising with Managers and internal contacts to identify requirements: objectives, key messages, target audience, principle contacts etc
· Collating and reviewing copy for client communications such as newsletters
· Producing briefing documents for advertising agency/design team
· Proofreading communications
· Keeping records and samples of all collateral
· Issuing new collateral to key contacts and ensuring items are made available on intranet and website
· Liaising with front of house manager and receptions to ensure stocks of collateral front of house are up to date
Assisting in the implementation and development of online marketing activity
· Working with the knowledge management team to ensure relevant and approved content is uploaded on time and accurately onto the firm's website and associated online facilities including but not exclusive to:
o Press releases
o Collateral (brochures, newsletter etc)
o Support material for ad hoc projects
Liaising with sales representatives and Managers to develop campaigns and negotiate best price
· Liaising with publishers about their requirements: space, deadlines, formats
· Producing briefing documents for advertising agency/designer to produce creative concepts
Assisting Managers and appointed PR agencies in administrating the firm's PR & media relations programme.
Handling all initial sponsorship enquiries
Compiling and submitting the firm's annual dossiers to leading directories
Liaising with charity and community bodies and relevant internal teams about necessary actions
