Job Description

Adam would like to meet........an exceptional online marketing professional, to play a key lead in the continued pan-European online development, of this global & market leading services & distribution business.

The role is responsible for the development, delivery and implementation of the digital marketing strategy in line with the overall brand marketing strategy and in line with the global E-commerce strategy.

This role is responsible for delivering digital marketing campaigns to fully support the brand propositions in the online environment. Working closely with others in the Group and Product Marketing teams, the role develops and delivers the core online marketing campaigns, utilising online channels and protecting the brand in all digital communications activities, in order to drive and support the business by creating and maximising sales opportunities.

In conjunction with approved marketing agencies, this role will translate the issues and requirements into online marketing campaigns with responsibility for analysis and interpretation of results. The role will also work closely with the IT Programme Manager appointed to deliver developments to the website.


Key responsibilities:
*To develop and deliver the digital marketing strategy and campaigns to support the annual business plans and contribute to longer-term marketing strategies and plans;
*Define, deliver and execute marketing plans through social media channels. Provide the strategic framework for social and manage its implementation through PR, customer services and content
*To optimise the most cost effective portfolio of digital marketing channels to deliver the commercial objectives of the channel
*Liaise with design agencies to ensure that the online brand identity is adhered to and that messaging and promotional offers are fit for purpose and aligned to key business objectives;
*Ensure that email campaigns are co-ordinated via the company CRM system so that all campaign activity is aligned to and drives the activities of the Sales teams;
*Responsibility for setting and day-to-day management and administration of the circa. significant digital marketing budget.
*Utilise information from the Market Intelligence team and other internal and external sources to develop a deep understanding of the online market, customers and competitors, identifying opportunities to leverage the brand and appropriate service offerings wherever possible;

Essential:
*Worked within the digital marketing communications area of a large organisation, or within a leading agency, with a focus on business-to-business/services;
*Experience in a range of digital techniques to drive conversion
*Expertise in strategically managing digital marketing channels, namely: SEO, paid search, display, re-targeting, mobile and social media.
*Experience of managing targeted email campaigns including design, build and analysis.
*Experience of successfully managing and delivering digital projects around major initiatives, simultaneously to tight deadlines and within budget;
*Experience of Content Management Systems to manage website content
*Experience of brand and 'off-line' marketing disciplines & managing integrated 'through the line' marketing campaigns
*Successfully managed budgets;
*Well versed in the application of web technology
