Rocking Zebra recruitment is currently looking for an experienced CRM/database Account Director.
Our client is a full service marketing agency with a bias towards database management and CRM led strategies have consistently grown year on year. Following recent new wins and existing client growth, they are now looking for an experienced Account Director to work with the Client Services Director taking responsibility for the client delivery function across FMCG and Automotive customers. The core business proposition is database marketing, CRM and DM led solutions.
As Account Director, you will take strategic lead on client development, management and budget control. Leading the Account Management team, you will have a clear understanding of performance as well as defining its future strategic direction. With a clear understanding of the client and its consumers, you will take an active lead in ensuring that all work developed is on-brand.
Hands on Account Director, highly experienced with database marketing strategies, below the line, preferably gained agency side for the full marketing mix of channels as well as a strong grasp of the role of database management in driving customer acquisition, retention and CRM strategies. Must be a team player, have excellent budget and financial skills with ambition and drive to develop their accounts proactively.
