This leading city law firm has a great opportunity for an accomplished Business Development and Marketing Manager to join its highly-regarded Real Estate practice. As a firm, they offer an exciting, ambitious and dynamic working environment. Accordingly, they require an experienced hire to proactively drive the business development strategy and oversee the implementation of marketing led projects for their Real Estate practice.
Role responsibilities will include:
· Creating research capability to identify opportunities for service improvements and new business around fee income, markets, clients and industry sector
· Managing the customer relationship management and client feedback programmes
· Assisting in the preparation of practice group annual business development plans and project managing their delivery
· Leading the development and implementation of all practice focused marketing activity
Candidates will possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at a senior level. In addition candidates will have a strong track-record of business development ideally gained within a Real Estate, Legal or other professional services environment.
