Our client is a leading provider of integrated real estate services across Europe, Asia and America. Its business development team is an integral to its commercial success, being involved in a wide range activities that aim to deliver growth through the key account management programme, business lines, sector groups and regional offices.
Responsibilities will include:
· Creating key account management and business development strategies
· Developing and implementing the firm's key account management programme
· Advising on and developing the firms approach for bidding and tendering for new opportunities
· Creating systems and tools to improve business development and sales processes
· Design and deliver business development campaigns in line with the firms overall strategy
Requirements:
· A demonstrable track record of business development and marketing gained from within the professional services sector
· An ability to work with and influence senior decision makers
· An understanding of consultative selling, account management, bid management and sales management processes
· Strong presentation, project management and analytical skills
