This leading global consulting firm supports blue chip organisations across the world to optimise performance through effective people, risk and financial management. They are now looking to recruit a Business Development Sales Support Manager to take responsibility for leading the development of bids, tenders and proposals, as well as to provide strategic support and recommendations on sales strategy. Responsibilities will include:
· Improving the success rate in competitive pitch situations for the firm's Risk and Financial services practice
· Providing strategic support on sales strategy, planning, delivering and measuring sales campaigns
· Educating senior consultants on value proposition, messages and best-practice selling techniques
· Managing and analysing sales management information
· Promoting sales pursuit capabilities with senior consultants
· Participating in client-specific sales meetings
Applicants will possess proven experience in sales support/business development programmes, preferably within a professional services environment. You will also have a track record of project and people management gained from within a matrixed organisation structure. In addition, you will be able to demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, audience-appropriate messages.
