Our client, a fast-growing European law firm is looking to recruit an Internal Communication Manager. This is a new position with the primary objective of developing and implementing a firm-wide internal communication strategy, across all offices.

Reporting into the HR Director and working closely with the senior management team, this role is initially offered on a six month fixed-term contract, with the prospect of becoming permanent.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

- Forging an internal communication strategy that will be fully aligned with the firm's messages and key objectives
- Tailoring individual communications plans to the needs of each practice
- Providing a timetable for all internal communication projects to ensure clear and coherent communication with internal stakeholders across the firm
- Ensure that internal communications is fully integrated into all relevant projects and that its use is fully understood by staff

The successful candidate will possess demonstrable equivalent experience, ideally gained from within the legal or wider professional services sector. In addition, you will have practical experience of executing internal communications initiatives across offices, in multiple countries.
