Job Description

Our client is a global management consultancy business operating within the areas of human capital, outsourcing and investment management. Following a period of reorganisation, they are now looking to recruit two Internal Communication Managers to business partner the UK and European regions and practice groups.

Your responsibilities will include:

· Working with market and practice leaders to define their internal communication objectives, internal audiences and key messages
· Developing and delivering internal communications strategies that support the broader business strategy, and engage and energise associates
· Supporting internal communication processes to ensure the efficient delivery of communications materials and advice
· Acting as the lead support and subject-matter expert for a designated corporate communication channel

Your experience and skill set will include:

· A minimum of two years internal communications experience gained within a matrix, multinational environment

· Resilience, professionalism, and strong influencing and relationship-building skills that allow you to interact with a wide range of people at all levels

· The ability to balance multiple priorities, work independently as well as with teams, both in-person and virtually.
