Job Description

Our client is a highly regarded law firm, widely acknowledged as a national and international leader in the area of Civil and Human Rights law. They are now looking to recruit for a newly created Marketing Manager/ Head of Marketing position to drive the execution and development of the marketing and business development function at a sector specific and firm wide level.

Responsibilities will include:

-Implementing initiatives to maximise the identification and successful penetration of areas of new business growth
-Utilising the firms client relationship management system to strengthen existing client relationships and capitalise on cross selling opportunities
-Working closely with partners to consult and direct on the development of fully integrated, strategic marketing and communications initiatives
-Ascertain and advise partners on opportunities for tender

This role would suit a strategically astute marketer who is looking for increased responsibility and the opportunity to shape and drive the marketing function of a dynamic law firm. The successful candidate will hold extensive experience of delivering and developing marketing and business development programmes, within a law firm, or wider professional service environment, be an exceptionally efficient communicator and have an in-depth commercial awareness.
