Our Client, held in high regard within the legal sector, is now looking to recruit a Media Relations Executive on a 3 5 month contract. The role will entail taking the lead in the introduction of PR initiatives and providing ad-hoc support to wider marketing activities. Responsibilities will include:
- Drafting and coordinating the distribution of press releases
- Proactively researching and analysing the market to search out press and media opportunities for the firm
- Regularly liaising with the New York office in order to communicate all media updates
- Forging and cultivating relationships with journalists and members of the trade press
The successful candidate will be available to start work immediately, hold strong PR experience gained from within a legal environment and have a solid commercial awareness of the legal sector. In addition, they will be a proactive self-starter, a clear communicator and possess the ability to forge and maintain relationships with contacts at all levels.
