This international Law firm is looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to lead and advise its Banking and International Finance group on strategies and activities that will raise their profile directed at key clients groups within this sector.

Your responsibilities will include:

· Coaching partners on how to strategically develop and build their profile within key client and market groups
· Account managing a number of key banking clients, developing targeting campaigns and leading the overall development of the banking sector programme
· Working with partners to develop and deliver individual, team and group marketing plans
· Writing and managing major panel, proposals and pitches and coaching partners through this process

Skills/Requirements:

· Strong and proven experience in a broad-based marketing business development role within professional services, with a track record of developing integrated marketing, business and client development strategy
· An ability to grasp, retain and analyse complex information and deliver high quality and pragmatic advice
· A self motivated and 'can-do' approach with a collaborative and effective working style
