Senior Campaign Executive, Sales
Dunfermline and Livingston, Scotland

The Sales operation is responsible for all telephone sales activity to new, existing and lapsed customers. The operation maximises sales utilising an appropriate channel mix of both inbound and outbound contact from both in-house and outsourced centres.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Campaign Executive in the Sales team. You will be responsible for supporting the development of Sales channel strategies that deliver the business objectives specifically in the areas of campaign and contact management, customer profiling and customer experience management and customer insight and learning's.
As Senior Campaign Executive, your key responsibilities will include:
- Regular liaison with the Marketing stakeholders to understand the marketing plans and then to lead the delivery of the subsequent campaigns into the contact centres
- Supporting the Campaign Executives and the Campaign Controller in working with Response Management, Resource Planning, Operational Management and other support functions to ensure that campaigns are deployed effectively
- Leading the design and implementation of the communications and briefing schedules for the campaigns in your area
- Ensuring the effective delivery of the sales conversations for your campaigns - working with the operations and coaching teams to ensure these are delivered
- Maintaining a detailed understanding of the performance of your campaigns which include maximisation of customer insight and competitor intelligence
- Using a thorough knowledge of procedures, systems and processes to identify issues and recommend appropriate solutions to drive the performance of the campaigns
- Building a network of contacts in other key business areas (intra and inter-departmental) to share learning's and facilitate speedy resolution of campaign specific issues
- Contributing to specific project teams representing your Sales area
For success in this role, we would love you to have:
- Excellent communication skills with strong written and verbal skills and the ability to comfortably liaise with a variety of audiences
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent organisational skills, balancing demands and working to tight deadlines
- Previous experience of working within sales management, marketing environments or within internal communications would be advantageous in this role

Location: Dunfermline and Livingston, Scotland
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 0830 -1700, 37.5 hours per week.
