Job Description

We are looking to recruit a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager with the ability to grow and develop at a similar speed as the business, and who possesses the desire to ultimately become the groups first Marketing Director.

Candidates will need to be able to highlight a proven track record in marketing, preferably coming from an IT or business services background, but other strong commercial marketing backgrounds would be considered.

It is essential to have experience of producing integrated business-to-business marketing campaigns and maximising return on trade shows and exhibitions, along with a solid understanding of what a £40m business needs to do to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

·To recruit, lead, manage and motivate the marketing team
·Understand each business unit and their requirements
·Formulate a comprehensive marketing plan for the business
·Work closely with the MD to raise company profile through PR agencies
·Inspire the marketing team to produce innovative and effective campaigns
·Maximise return on investment from trade shows, exhibitions and events
·Manage the company website and investor relations

Candidate Requirements

·Experience of managing a successful marketing team
·Ability to develop strong relationships with peers though trust and understanding
·Outstanding commercial marketing ability and strong organisational skills
·Track record of success in a fast paced environment
·Ambition and a "can-do" attitude
·Enthusiasm for marketing and an ability to inspire others
·Commercial acumen and a strong appreciation of return on investment
