Marketing executive

The company has seen a 50+% growth in revenue in the last year and in order to help accelerate this growth rate, the marketing department needs an enthusiastic, dynamic and forward thinking individual to assist in all areas of online and offline marketing.

A creative streak is required as is a willingness to develop professional skills in a fast changing environment.  

Opportunities include: -

Email Marketing
Build and manage email marketing campaigns to candidates and clients that amount to circa 1 million+ emails per month
Develop effective dynamic and behavioural content to maximise site user engagement levels
A/B test email marketing in order to constantly improve response rates and drive pre qualified traffic
Liaise with sales team in order to maximise advertising revenue via email marketing
Manage all mailing lists from extensive databases and ensure maximum data accuracy wherever possible
Maintain relationship with Silverpop (software provider) and undertake training on new product features when required
Provide in depth and comparison reporting on email campaigns to the Marketing Director

PR
Work closely with the Marketing Director in order to write relevant, interesting features and communications
Work closely with the internal SEO specialist in order to maximise SEO benefits of PR
Build and maintain relationships with industry (Oil and gas, recruitment) journalists
Develop mailing list from newly found contacts as well as large internal database

Social media
Become the social voice of the organisation in order to release communications and engage with site users
Use Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn amongst other tools to increase site traffic from relevant demographics


There will be ample opportunities to experience other facets of Marketing and the role will grow with the individual. Ongoing training will be encouraged.
