This leading email marketing software and services provider, with offices throughout Europe, is looking for an experienced Operations Director to join their UK Management Team.  This is a senior role and the successful candidate will have responsibility for management of their Project, Account and Campaign Management teams.

The responsibilities of this role will include:

•  - Management and development of the operations teams
• - The development and maintenance of the existing client base and revenue stream, including contract renewals and up-sell / cross-sell opportunities
• - Providing pre-sales support to Sales Teams and presenting confidently to potential and existing customers about the strength of the product
• - Overseeing complex projects including system integrations and the development of specific solutions for unique client requirements
• - Providing expert advice and support for Key Accounts and Operations and Account Teams
• - Financial reporting to the Board

The ideal candidate for this position will be an experienced team leader in the online sector with strong web technology experience, ideally from a project or production management background. This role requires a detailed understanding of email marketing systems and database driven web applications, good data management knowledge and strong online marketing experience. A background in email or database marketing applications would be ideal, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.
