Head of Product Development
Salary up to £50,000 pa + flexible benefits and very generous holiday allowance + bonus
Based : Henley on Thames

Role Purpose
To design, implement and measure product development strategy to help increase the Company's market share and achieve the long term business strategy. Lead the product development function and is a member of the Company's' Leadership Team.
Key Accountabilities
Lead the design, delivery & measurement of winning product development strategy ( for both revenue channels)
Project manage improvements to existing offerings and the launch of new products, working alongside the Marketing Manager
Develop strong networks externally
Lead the product development function
Responsible for maintaining high levels of product knowledge across the business
Do 1 day week chargeable client work (consulting of NDB) on long term low revenue accounts or as an additional project resource.
This role reports into the Managing Director
Qualifications/Skills
Product development experience and change/HR/occ psych/management consultancy
Passionate about leading & managing the product development lifecycle
Has strong background in change/HR/occ psych consultancy
Relevant occ psych qualification. MSc, Chartership etc.,
Excellent knowledge of psychometrics & ideally has level A&B
Demonstrable project management experience, strong track record of delivering on time, to quality & budget
Research publication track record ( ideally)
Whiz with research methodologies, statistics & technology
Can confidently manage a virtual team
WGCTA & RANRA minimum requirement 65th percentile
