Marketing Assistant

Location; Camberley, Surrey

Salary; Ł17k to Ł20k

Our client based in Camberley is urgently recruiting for a marketing development assistant to join their expanding department.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Marketing & Development Manager and Marketing Development Executive in the daily tasks and delivery of all marketing projects.

The position would be ideally suited for a business or marketing graduate starting out in marketing, or someone with business experience who is keen to learn and progress in marketing.

The successful applicant must possess:

   A good understanding of marketing practice
   The ability to progress several projects at once
   The ability to deliver projects with speed and accuracy

Essential Qualifications

   Basic marketing understanding through qualifications and/or experience
   Good communication skills
   Highly PC literate and able to use Microsoft excel spreadsheets, word documents, power point and outlook emails.
   Ability work in a structured manner
   Ability to work to tight deadlines and in a pressured environment
   Ability to deal with change productively

Advantageous

   Marketing qualifications or the desire to study for Chartered Institute of Marketing Diploma advantageous
   Experience in research and / or product development
