Job Description
Our client is looking for an experienced and hard working Marketing Exec to join their team.
The ideal candidate - Knowledge and Experience Experience in raising sponsorship Proven substantial experience in events, marketing, PR, and/or advertising
Business acumen
Proven experience in b-2-b marketing
Understanding of brand management and branding guidelines
Excellent written and oral communications
Efficient and organised
Good time management, project planning and ability to work to tight deadlines
Excellent IT skills including Word, Excel, Access and Power Point
Proven problem solving abilities
A team player, able to contribute positively to a team environment
Digital marketing experience
A flair for design
Understanding or experience of Adobe Creative Suite
Understanding or experience of web design packages
Experience of Communigator
Qualities Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work with different teams
Ability to work on your own initiative
Ability to work on a number of projects simultaneously
Keen attention to detail
Flexibility
Ability to measure and improve performance and quality
Seek and give feedback to improve own and others performance
Strive for a high level of professionalism
Qualifications A marketing qualification
A 2:1 degree or equivalent in a relevant subject
A member of Chartered Institute of Marketing
Duties to include -
Marketing - Press releases, branding, newsletters and print production.Online Marketing - Web portal, design and deliver emarketing campaigns.Internal Communications - colleague liaison, marketing enquiries, create copy for the internet and internal newslettersPlanning - Contribute to the development of the regional marketing strategy and assist in business planning activity for the year.
Events - budgets, planning, source speakers, book venues, design promotional material, evaluation and analysis.Sponsorship - manage corporate sponsorsExcellent benefits package on offer.
