This leading provider of data related marketing solutions is looking to recruit an Account Manager who will be responsible for the management and co-ordination of all data and direct marketing work undertaken for clients.

Account Manager Responsibilities:

• Maintain day to day operational interface with agreed clients
• Ensure regular activity on the account is executed to time and quality standards
• Liaise with clients on data processing requirements, anomalies and service issues
• Interpret client requirements and prepare quotes to deliver the agreed brief
• Ensure that the Production Team are suitably briefed and understand client requirements
• Assist in the preparation of new business pitch proposals
• Escalate customer service related issues to the Data Services Manager.
• Undertake quality assurance of output produced by production prior to dispatch to the client
• Provide client and internal reporting on account activity to agreed levels of detail.

For this role they are looking for a graduate with account management experience – preferably within the direct/database marketing industry. You will need an understanding of database design methodology and data processing techniques and must be able to work in a pressurised environment. You should be confident in delivering client presentations and will have excellent communication skills.
