Client Services Manager

THE ROLE: Managing a team, the role focuses on the delivery of client data opportunities and the delivery of their own data operational activity. You'll also support the sales teams and Product Managers, delivering services through a network of 3rd party suppliers and internal operational departments. The purpose of the role is to ensure the efficient, effective and timely delivery of data requests and projects.
ABOUT YOU: To be considered you'll have man-management experience with an understanding of direct mail techniques including prospect targeting, data acquisition, data sourcing, data cleansing, segmentation and analysis, cross and up-sell, loyalty techniques, campaign planning and management, response analysis, and marketing technologies.
THE PACKAGE:
Basic Salary - £40-48,000
Bonus 10%
