Events Coordinator required for a maternity cover. 6-12 month contract salary 30 - 35k
You will be responsible for Coordinating all events activity for this leading client to ensure smooth running of the events calender. The role will inviolve co-ordinating corporate sponsorship and event activities for all functions across the business including
Coordinating team travel arrangements
"Process events-related invoices and keep a record of all events-related expenses
"Manage the logistics for all 3rd party events including preparation and delivery of promotional items, literature stand, AV equipment, literature, presentation print outs, etc.
"Coordinate logistics for IP promotional items
"Monitor stock levels
"Manage the fulfilment of requests received
You will also be required to manage the inflow and outflow of all events-related data to the Corporate Management System, To manage and maintain external supplier relationships, track costs against the sponsorship & events budget and assist with any other marketing-related functions / duties as required
