A challenging and exciting opportunity to join this rapidly growing e-commerce business, specialising in magazine subscriptions. We are seeking an enthusiastic and competent Client Services Manager to join our lively team and support our growth.
Our clients include some of the UK’s biggest brands such as Vogue, Glamour, FHM, Heat, GQ, Elle Decoration and OK! to name a few.
The Client Services Manager will:
• Closely manage and develop relationships with a large portfolio of existing and new clients, consisting of magazine publishers
• Assist in the development and implementation of the client marketing/management strategy
• Maintain and improve levels of client satisfaction and also to capture and report on client feedback
• Work closely with the Business Development team in assisting with new client care
• Liaise with the website content team to ensure all website content relating to a particular client is up to date and liaise with the fulfilment partners to ensure the subscription process runs smoothly.
Ideally the candidate will have:
• Previous marketing experience or client service experience
• A good understanding and interest in online marketing and media
• Excellent communication skills and impeccable grammar
• University level qualifications
• Must be eligible to live and work in the UK
